  4. The Operator is the Controller of your personal data with regard to the data voluntarily provided in the Website.
  5. The Website uses personal data for the following purposes:
    • Handling inquiries via the contact form
  6. The Website collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
    1. Through data voluntarily entered in the forms, which are then entered into the Operator’s systems.
    2. By storing cookies on end devices (so-called “cookies”).

2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator

  1. Login and personal data entry areas are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that personal data and login details entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
  2. The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
  3. An important element of data protection is the regular update of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of software components.

3. Hosting

  1. The Website is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of the operator: another company
  2. The hosting company, in order to ensure technical reliability, maintains server-level logs. The following may be recorded:
    • resources identified by a URL (addresses of requested resources – pages, files),
    • time of the request,
    • time of response,
    • the name of the client station – identification carried out by the HTTP protocol,
    • information about errors that occurred during HTTP transactions,
    • the URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) – if access to the Website was made via a link,
    • information about the user’s browser,
    • information about the IP address,
    • diagnostic information related to the process of independently ordering services via forms on the website,
    • information related to handling e-mails directed to the Operator and sent by the Operator.

4. Your rights and additional information on how the data is used

  1. In certain situations, the Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill obligations imposed on the Controller. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
    • hosting company on the basis of entrustment
    • postal operators
    • authorized employees and associates who use the data for the purpose of operating the website
    • companies providing marketing services to the Controller
  2. Your personal data processed by the Controller will not be kept longer than necessary to perform the activities related to them, as specified by separate regulations (e.g., accounting regulations). With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for more than 3 years.
  3. You have the right to request from the Controller:
    • access to your personal data,
    • rectification,
    • erasure,
    • restriction of processing,
    • and data portability.

You have the right to object to the processing indicated in item 3.2 concerning the processing of personal data for the purpose of pursuing legitimate interests of the Controller, including profiling. However, the right to object cannot be exercised where there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
  5. You have the right to lodge a complaint against the actions of the Controller with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to operate the Website.
  7. Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be carried out in relation to you for the purpose of providing services under the concluded agreement and for direct marketing conducted by the Controller.
  8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means we do not send it outside the territory of the European Union.

5. Information in forms

  1. The Website collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if such data is provided.
  2. The Website may save information about connection parameters (time, IP address).
  3. The Website, in some cases, may save information that makes it easier to link data in the form with the e-mail address of the user filling out the form. In such a case, the user’s e-mail address appears inside the URL of the page containing the form.
  4. Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g., to handle a service request or business contact, register services, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly inform what it is used for.

6. Administrator’s logs

  1. Information about user activity on the Website may be logged. This data is used for Website administration purposes.

7. Important marketing techniques

  1. The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The Operator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies stored on the user’s end device. In terms of information about user preferences collected by Google’s advertising network, the user may view and edit information derived from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
  2. The Operator uses remarketing techniques that allow advertising messages to be tailored to the user’s behavior on the Website, which may give the impression that the user’s personal data is being tracked; however, in practice, no personal data is transferred from the Operator to advertising operators. The technological condition for such activities is enabled cookie support.
  3. The Operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology makes Facebook (Facebook Inc. based in the USA) aware that a person registered with it is using the Website. In this case, it is based on data for which Facebook itself is the controller; the Operator does not provide any additional personal data to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device.
  4. The Operator uses a solution that examines user behavior by creating heat maps and recording activity on the Website. This information is anonymized before being sent to the service operator so that it is not known which natural person it relates to. In particular, passwords and other personal data entered are not recorded.
  5. The Operator uses a solution that automates the operation of the Website in relation to users, e.g., it may send an email to the user after visiting a specific subpage, provided the user has consented to receive commercial correspondence from the Operator.
  6. The Operator may use profiling within the meaning of data protection regulations.

  1. The Website uses cookies.
  2. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device of the Website User and are intended for using the Website’s web pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device, and a unique number.

    1. maintaining the Website User’s session (after logging in), thanks to which the user does not have to re-enter their login and password on each subpage of the Website;
